Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
1. Returns
1.1 Change of Mind
- If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days of receiving it.
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Used items can not be returned or exchanged.
- A restocking fee of 150/Kg will be charged for change-of-mind returns to cover shipping and handling costs.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
1.2 Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- We will arrange for the return shipping at no additional cost to you.
- Upon inspection and confirmation of the defect or damage, we will send a replacement product at no extra charge.
1.3 Incorrect Items
- If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- We will cover the return shipping costs and send you the correct item as soon as possible.
2. Refunds
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds will be issued for items that are returned in accordance with our return policy.
- Refunds will be processed within two weeks from the date we receive the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2.2 Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards and items marked as final sale are non-refundable.
- The replacement or exchange process is generally quicker than the return and refund process.
3. Exchanges
3.1 Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
4. Terms and Conditions
- To initiate a return, refund, or exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@hayazone.com with your order number and details of the issue.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not meet our policy criteria.
- Our return, refund, and exchange policy does not affect your statutory rights.
It is advised to please make a short video of the package/parcel while receiving (unboxing video) in order to the eligible for a return/refund/replacement.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
