3. Advance Payment Amount
- A partial advance (e.g., 20%–50%) or full payment may be requested depending on the order type.
- The remaining amount (if applicable) can be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD).
4. Payment Methods
Customers can pay securely through:
- Bank Transfer
- Easypaisa / JazzCash
- Debit/Credit Card (if available on website)

5. Order Confirmation Process
- Orders requiring advance payment will be placed on hold until payment is received.
- Once payment is confirmed, the order will be processed and dispatched immediately.
6. Refund Policy (Advance Payments)

- عدم وصول (refusal to accept COD parcel)
- Refunds may only be considered if:
- The product is out of stock
- The order cannot be fulfilled by Haya Zone
